• the service you need and, for bookings, your preferred date and time;
• anything you tell us in your message.

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out any work you ask us to do, and to keep a record of our communication with you. When you give an email address, we send you one confirmation email with a copy of your request.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

This website is hosted by Vercel, and form submissions are delivered to our inbox by the email service Resend. They process your information only to provide those services to us. Some of this processing may take place outside the UK; where it does, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@trichardsplumbingltd.co.uk and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
